The body of this cardigan is knit flat in one piece from the bottom up. The back panel is worked first. Without casting off, the first front panel is worked. The second front panel is worked next. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up from the outer edge of the garment and worked in the round to the cuff. Stitches for the neckband are picked up from the inner edge of the garment and worked flat.
