Spray water on cake to moisten it prior to applying. Works great with less amount of water. Pick up colors using a sponge or a big brush and apply in one direction.
Per FDA recommendations, do not use Diamond FX Neon Colors, Reds and Blues around eyes and lips. Avoid contact with carpets, upholstery and fabric.
Includes colors: Neon Purple, Neon Blue, Neon Green, Neon Yellow, Neon Orange, Neon Magenta. Perfect for creating rainbow designs that will glow remarkably under blacklight.
