Use a 1 inch or 3/4 inch flat brush to pick up multiple colors at once and create fast, multi-color designs. Designed to stay all day without cracking or fading.
Per FDA recommendations, do not use Diamond FX Neon Colors, Reds and Blues around eyes and lips. Avoid contact with carpets, upholstery and fabric.
