About this product
Coralina’s coral-red botanical drawing makes the soup course part of the decoration of the table. These four porcelain soup plates combine a recessed serving center with a patterned rim, carrying Oscar de la Renta’s design into a form made for an individual first course.
“The flowers at the center become a little discovery as the course is enjoyed. That is a pleasure of patterned soup china I would happily build a service around.”

MAKER / HERITAGE
Founded in Ílhavo, Portugal, in 1824, Vista Alegre brings two centuries of decorative knowledge to the art of setting a table and furnishing a home. Its porcelain tradition combines technical precision with artistic work, including a specialist hand-painting workshop for selected pieces; crystal and glass extend that vocabulary into the bar and the room beyond. Collaborations with designers such as Oscar de la Renta and Sam Baron keep the house’s heritage in conversation with contemporary life. The result is a breadth of patterns, forms and disciplines from which to build a service or collection with lasting personal character.
