This copper grater is designed to keep the fiber and moisture of the ginger together to get the most out of the root. I use the grater every day for fresh ginger tea and it's made my routine so quick and tidy. The wide, flat bottom offers stability on the counter and the copper teeth stay sharp, making it so easy to grate ginger, daikon or any other root vegetable. Use the Grater Brush to get the most out the ingredient you're grating and avoid injuring your fingers!
