The BOCCHI Contempo 36 Step Rim is the largest single bowl in the step rim series: a 36″ fireclay farmhouse sink with a 34-1/2″-long basin that swallows sheet pans, stock pots, and roasting racks. It's crafted from fireclay, a 100% natural, organic, and recyclable material shaped by artisans for centuries.
Fired at 2000°F and high-pressure cast, the sink is built to handle extreme heat from pots and pans. Its specialized glaze is permanently fused to the fireclay body for a smooth, non-porous surface that resists scratches, stains, chips, cracks, and discoloration.
Use the integrated workstation ledge with the included cutting board and large colander to prep right over the basin. A removable protective bottom grid and strainer are included too.
The bold reversible apron front is finished on all four sides. The sink accommodates a garbage disposal with no special flange and is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
