The Pioneer 1000-5 is built to do it all, whether that's hauling gear across the ranch, packing out an elk, or loading up five people for a day on the trails. That kind of work keeps it in rocky two-tracks, stump-filled fields, and creek crossings where the underside takes a beating. This complete set covers the frame, front and rear A-arms, CV boots, and floorboards, so your Pioneer keeps working no matter where the day takes you.
Built for the redesigned 2022+ Honda Pioneer 1000-5 with Honda's updated chassis and suspension. Not compatible with 2016-2021 models.

Built From The Good Stuff
Pick the level of protection that fits how you use your Pioneer. Every option is designed, cut and formed to fit the Pioneer 1000-5 frame.
- Aluminum: 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum throughout. Tough enough for hard hits and light enough that it won't eat into your hauling capacity.
- Aluminum plus UHMW: The same 3/16" aircraft grade aluminum with a 1/4" UHMW layer on top. You get the strength of aluminum with a slick surface that slides over rocks and logs instead of hanging up.
- UHMW: 3/8" UHMW frame skids that glide over obstacles and soak up impacts for a quieter ride. A-arm guards stay aluminum for full strength, and the front bash plate is aluminum with a free black powder coat.

Aluminum and Aluminum plus UHMW sets:
- Complete: Black powder coat on the front bash plate, A-arm guards, rock sliders, and frame skids for an additional $200.
- Visible: Black powder coat on the front bash plate, A-arm guards, and rock sliders for an additional $150.
UHMW set:
- A-arm guards: Black powder coat on your A-arm guards for an additional $50.
- Your aluminum front bash plate is powder coated black for free.
Powder coat is only available in black and may add 1-2 weeks to your ship time.
