About this product
Chef Master High Heat Fryer Brush L Shaped, 27", Brass Bristles
The Chef Master L shaped fryer brush is built to scrub the interior of commercial deep fryers — including corners and spots a straight brush can't reach. The L shaped brass bristle head works on hot or cold fryers, rated to handle temperatures up to 750°F. A good fit for any commercial kitchen that fries regularly and needs to clean without letting the oil pan cool down first.
- L shaped design reaches corners and hard-to-access areas inside deep fryer tanks
- Brass bristles rated to withstand up to 750°F — safe for cleaning fryers while still hot
- Bristle head measures 6-1/2" x 3" for solid contact across fryer surfaces
- 27" overall length keeps hands away from the heat and hot oil
- Black resin handle stays cool to the touch during use
- Works on both hot and cold fryers — no need to wait for equipment to cool
Restaurants and foodservice operations running high-volume fry stations use this brush as part of daily fryer maintenance. The reach and heat tolerance make it practical for cleaning right after service, when the fryer is still warm and oil residue comes off more easily.
