About this product
Back in 1944, most canvas sneakers couldn’t keep up. P.F. Flyers changed the game with the introduction of the Posture Foundation, turning soft and flimsy shoes into durable, court-ready footwear. It was a breakthrough that transformed performance and helped define the look of mid-century athletic sneakers and casual footwear.
Today, The Center High-Top brings that legacy into the modern world. The bold contrast black and biscotti colorway is a nod to a time when sport and style were inseparable. With a heavier canvas upper, signature ribbed toe bumper, and double pinstripe sidewall, these vintage-inspired sneakers deliver everyday wearability with timeless appeal.
- Posture Foundation Insole: The innovation that quietly changed sneaker history, offering unparalleled cushioning, support, and stability.
- Linen Canvas Upper: A heavier canvas inspired by vintage sneakers. For a sneaker that’s durable, breathable, and built for everyday life.
- Ribbed Toe Bumper with Double Pinstripe Sidewall: Iconic P.F. Flyers detailing reimagined, for superior structure and unmistakable identity.
- Gum Rubber Outsole: Tested over decades, the gum rubber sole provides rugged durability from the hardwood to the sidewalk.
