3/16" Aluminum — solid protection that won't rust, lighter than steel, and handles most trail abuse.
3/16" Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW on top — adds a slippery plastic layer that lets rocks and dirt slide off instead of hanging up. Extra toughness for the hard-core stuff.

All kits ship ready to go. If you want black powder coat, you've got two choices:
Visible Pieces ($140) — black coat on the front bash plate, A-arm guards, and rock sliders. Everything else stays as-is. Add 1-2 weeks to shipping.
Complete ($275) — we black coat the front bash plate, A-arm guards, rock sliders, and all frame skids. Takes an extra 1-2 weeks to ship.
