About this product
Challah & Dense Dough Certified
This is the bowl bread bakers are asking for. The Bottom Drive Stainless Steel Bowl is designed to knead thicker, high-volume doughs like sourdough, challah, sandwich loaves, enriched breads, etc. With a generous 14 lb dough capacity and no center column, it’s become a go-to for home bakers who need serious strength and simplicity from their mixer setup.
Its heavy-duty stainless steel construction locks in securely to the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer and stays steady during long knead times. It’s clean, straightforward, and built to do one thing really well: bread.
Please note:
This bowl is not compatible with any other mixer attachments. It’s meant for dough only.
