About Us: Villeroy & Boch has been a premium German manufacturer of fine porcelain, stainless steel, and glass tableware, drinkware, and more since 1748. We made our first glass products as early as 1843. From this long tradition, a range has emerged that encompasses everything from decorative drinking glasses through basic and gourmet glass ranges, decanters, vases and glass underplates to cake plates and serving and dipping bowls. Amazon.com Use Villeroy & Boch's Boston glassware to infuse any garden party or table setting with a little vintage charm. Each glass in this four piece set features a squat stem with bulb detail supporting a 7-ounce bowl. The bowl itself carries a honeycomb pattern that catches and refracts light adding sparkle and shine. Standing 5 inches in height with a 3-1/2-inch diameter, these clarets are ideally suited to serving red wines from the Bordeaux region of France, but also work well as water goblets. The heavyweight, 24 percent, full-lead crystal feels great in hand and provides enough strength for daily use. This set best fits casual or informal settings but can hold its own for fancier affairs if needed. Dishwasher-safe, the German-made glassware cleans easily and comes with a lifetime warranty. -- Amy Arnold
