About this product
Product Description
The BOSCH 1609b03790 is a replacement brush set designed for use in compatible Bosch power tools. Carbon motor brushes are wear components that conduct electrical current between the stationary wiring and the rotating armature inside a universal motor. When brushes wear down past their service limit, the motor loses efficiency, runs rough, or fails to start. Replacing them with an OEM-spec brush set restores proper motor contact and extends tool service life. This part is installed by power tool repair technicians and experienced trade professionals performing field or shop maintenance on Bosch equipment.
This brush set is suited for power tool applications where motor brush replacement is required as part of routine maintenance or after-failure repair. Bosch brush sets are sourced as genuine OEM parts, ensuring correct fit and dimensional consistency with the original components. Typical applications include grinders, drills, circular saws, and other universal-motor Bosch tools that use this specific brush configuration. Confirm brush compatibility with the specific tool model before ordering.
