Handcrafted at their workshop in Castel d’Ario, a small town located in Northern Italy, these boots feature a premium nubuck upper—which will break in beautifully with every wear—atop a comfortable crepe sole. Within, there’s a memory foam insole for additional support.

From suede desert boots to leather chukkas, each custom-made style is hand-built to the Travenzoli family’s legendary standards. In fact, when we first discovered their criminally underrated chukkas a while back, they shipped each order with a box of pasta from their family-run restaurant. We quickly learned that any shoemaker can put Italian leather on rubber soles and call it a day, but few can turn those same materials into a walking work of art. And that’s just what Astorflex does.
