A small sugar bowl from Burleigh's Blue Asiatic Pheasants collection, hand-crafted at Middleport Pottery in Stoke-on-Trent. The Asiatic Pheasants pattern has been in continuous production since 1862 — a classic Victorian motif rendered here in blue across a compact, rounded form.
Each piece is moulded, printed, and glazed by hand using copper plate engraving and tissue transfer.
Ideal for sugar at a tea service, a small portion of jam at breakfast, or as a holder for fresh berries with cream. Pairs naturally with the Burleigh Blue Pheasants jug as a cream-and-sugar set.
