An organic-edge onyx chawan, ideal for preparing matcha. Minoware, or Mino-yaki refers to Japanese pottery that was produced in Mino Province around the towns of Tajimi, Toki, Mizunami, and Kawagoei in Gifu Prefecture. Made using the soil of Gifu Prefecture, Minoyaki is the oldest pottery found in Japan.
