These BIA Cordon Bleu dessert bowls are fully vitrified porcelain, fired to about 2400 degrees for the strongest body, the lightest weight, and the easiest cleanup. They are oven safe at any temperature, even briefly under the broiler, so they go straight from dessert to a warm gratin. Sold as a set of four.
