The BESSEY PG24 PowerGrip is a 24 in. one-handed bar clamp designed to provide up to 1,000 lbs. of clamping force across wide panel glue-ups, cabinetry, and structural woodworking. Featuring dual-action clamping control, the PG24 combines rapid one-handed positioning with high pressure output.
A quick-release slide button allows fast jaw positioning across the 24 in. capacity range. Operating the two-way pump lever—aligned parallel to the rail for ergonomic balance—generates up to 200 lbs. of initial holding force with one hand. Turning the integrated ACME threaded spindle then elevates total clamping force up to 1,000 lbs. for heavy structural assemblies.
Built for structural rigidity, the fixed arm and pressure plate are drawn and tempered from a single piece of high-quality BESSEY steel to prevent bending under pressure. Removable soft plastic jaw caps cushion workpieces to prevent surface marring during clamping.
