Bespoke #1 has its roots in the annual charity auction put on at badgerandblade.com in which we donated a batch of custom soap as an item to be auctioned off.
As a result of a collaboration with the winning bidder, we came up with Bespoke #1, a very complex yet earthy scent that is very fitting for the winter season. The ingredients for this scent include:
- Vetiver Essential Oil
- Ancient Fossilized Himalayan Amber Oil
- Frankincense Essential Oil
- Opopanax (Sweet Myrrh)
- Clove Essential Oil
- Pepper Essential Oil
- Bergamot Essential Oil
- Patchouli Essential Oil
- Cedar Essential Oil
- Vanilla Extract
- Anise Extract
- Labdanum Absolute
This is a very earthy scent, with a vetiver base augmented by amber, frankincense, sweet myrrh, pepper, clove, and cedar. If you're one of those who treats shaving as a ritual, this soap (which includes components that have been used in incense and fragrance for millennia), should complement that nicely.
Please note that this is our new French red clay base, which provides excellent slickness and post-shave that rivals any tallow soap while remaining true to our vegan roots. This base needs a little less water than a lot of other soaps on the market, so load using a damp brush then add water to the point where a thick creamy slick lather is achieved.
Ingredients: Stearic Acid, Palm Kernel Oil, Potassium Hydroxide, Glycerin, Shea Butter, Castor Oil, Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Essential Oils (Vetiver Essential Oil, Himalayan Amber Oil (in Sunflower Oil), Frankincense Essential Oil, Opopanax (Sweet Myrrh) Essential Oil, Clove Essential Oil, Pepper Essential Oil, Bergamot Essential Oil, Patchouli Essential Oil, Cedar Essential Oil, Vanilla Extract, Anise Extract, Labdanum Absolute (in Sunflower Oil)). , French Red Clay, Sodium Lactate, Allantoin (comfrey plant).
Each tub contains at least 4 oz of shaving soap in an 8oz container
