- 2 Carbon Steel 1 lb Bread Pan ---The toast pan holds about 450g (1 lb) of dough. For exact dimensions, please refer to the size image. It might be smaller than you expect. The loaf pans are made with heavy, reliable gauge carbon steel. The non-stick coating can do its job well in high temperature, so you can focus on getting delicious things cooking. Applicable temperature upper limit: 220°C/428°F. Please kindly note that if the pan is consistently exposed to temperatures near or above this limit, the non-stick coating may melt or peel off.

Though the bread pan can be washed in dishwasher, for longer use, we recommend hand washing and dry it with a soft cloth after each use.
