Forté BG Coffee Grinder by Baratza

The Forte BG (Brew Grind) is built with the quality Baratza parts you’ve come to trust and produced with a sleek metal design. The commercial version of the Vario-W, this workhorse is designed to improve workflow and efficiency.

Baratza designed this machine with an improved intuitive touch screen display, which allows you to grind by time or dose (built-in scale) and a sleek metal case housing. With its 10 macro settings and 26 micro settings, the Forte can easily dial in a coffee and consistently perform.

The Forte BG grinder comes with 54mm steel flat burrs by Ditting for accurate and precise grinding. It grinds at approximately 1.3–2.7 g/sec, depending on the grind setting and coffee. Its steel burr set is optimized for filter and manual brewing, with grounds delivered into the included bin.

This compact commercial-grade machine is perfect for the home enthusiast or cafe brew bar that needs multiple preps.
