How to Use
Always start with DRY skin, beginning with your feet move the brush in long light strokes in one direction on your limbs, towards your heart. Continue moving up your body, be sure to brush the lymph nodes clustered behind your knee, under your arms (armpits), and inner thighs. Use lighter and move gentle strokes on your chest, breasts, and abdomen. Jump in the shower and follow with a nourishing body oil to lock in moisture.
Care Instructions
You can rinse your dry brush after each use with cold water, shake off excess water and hang in a well ventilated room -- or do this once every week or two.
