Baileigh BP-22413CNC 224-Ton CNC Hydraulic Press Brake, 157in Table
The BP-22413CNC is the largest press brake Baileigh lists: 224 tons across a 157 inch table with 123 inches between the housings. Tonnage and bed length are both at the top of the range, which is what you need for full-length bends in heavy plate.
Throat depth is 12.5 inches with 17.7 inches from table to ram. Stroke is 5.9 inches, approach 3.9 inches per second, bending .236, return 2.36. Two-axis CNC control drives ram depth and a 23.62 inch back gauge on a 1/2 hp motor.
A 15 hp main motor works against a 4,500 psi maximum with a 33 gallon reservoir, on 220V 3-phase at 33.5A. This is a 13-foot machine at the heavy end of flatbed freight, so access, rigging and floor loading all need checking before it ships. One year warranty.
