The Baileigh WBS-37 Wide Belt Sander is a heavy-duty 37-inch machine designed for professional metalworking and fabrication applications. With a powerful 10 HP motor, variable-speed conveyor, and a large 37" x 60" abrasive belt, the WBS-37 provides consistent sanding and finishing across wide workpieces.
The variable-speed conveyor operates from 2 to 16 FPM, allowing the operator to adjust the feed rate to match the material and desired finish. The machine can accommodate material up to 37 inches wide and as thin as 1/32 inch.
