How does the toy work?
The system consists of a motorized ball and a cover mat. You simply turn on the ball and place it underneath the mat. The ball rolls around randomly, pushing up the fabric to simulate a moving "hidden prey" that entices your cat to catch it.
Does it work on carpet?
For the best experience, we recommend using the toy on hard, flat surfaces like wood, tile, or vinyl. While it can work on very thin, low-pile rugs, thick carpet may impede the ball's movement underneath the mat.
How do I clean the mat?
The fabric mat is easy to maintain. We recommend spot cleaning it with a damp cloth and mild pet-safe soap to remove any dirt or hair. Ensure it is completely dry before storing or use.
