About this product
Autism Awareness Children's Crew Socks
Our Autism Awareness Socks celebrate all people on the autism spectrum. The sale of these socks helps fund Autism causes as we donate 10% from every sale to the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism.
The colorful puzzle represents the many capabilities and contributions of people with autism, as well as the sometimes puzzling nature of the autism spectrum. We want the colors to speak of the joy of knowing people on the autism spectrum. We want the sock to be a celebration of people on the autism spectrum.
As a company co-founded by a man with Down Syndrome, we understand the challenges people with Autism face as well as the capabilities they possess and the contributions they make to society. At John’s Crazy Socks, we employ people on the autism spectrum because they can help our organization achieve its mission. These colleagues make important contributions to the organization every day and we count on their performance. We emphasize what people can do, not their limitations.
