Each GTC Series airfoil is meticulously crafted from lightweight and durable carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils are reinforced with pre-pregnated woven carbon fiber sheets, ensuring exceptional strength and minimized weight. Utilizing advanced pre-pregnated composite manufacturing processes such as high-temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging, all CFRP airfoils are precision-molded in high-quality aluminum billet molds.
