Motor in the base
A low center of gravity keeps the mixer steady on your counter, even with heavy dough.

Roller and scraper
The Dough Roller presses dough against the turning bowl while the Dough Knife folds it in, much like kneading by hand.

The 7-Liter bowl handles up to 5 kg (11 lbs.) of dough and up to 1.5 liters of liquid.

The gear system is powerful yet quiet, and the motor adjusts its power to the load as you knead.

Want to see one before you order? Our storefront opens one Saturday a month for local pickup, and you can see our demo Ankarsrum® mixer and the Ankarsrum® color wheel, a small paper ring of color swatches, to pick your color. Our local pickup page lists the next date. Mixers ship from Ankarsrum® and aren’t available for pickup.
- FREE shipping. Your mixer drop ships directly to you from the official Ankarsrum® warehouse.
- Warranty: 7-year manufacturer’s warranty on the motor base assembly and 1 year on other parts.
- Returns: within 30 days of delivery, email info@unsifted.com with your serial number and the reason for your return, and we’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number. The mixer must be returned in its original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

Ankarsrum® stand mixer FAQ
Yes. We love it for fresh flour. Its roller and scraper mimic hand kneading, so you can often use less flour, and the motor is quiet and strong enough that it doesn’t need to take breaks while it kneads.
The 7-Liter Stainless Steel Bowl handles up to 5 kg (11 lbs.) of dough and recipes with up to 1.5 liters of liquid. That’s enough for a triple batch of our Simple Sandwich Bread dough.
The Dough Roller is the signature Ankarsrum® tool. It gently works dough against the side of the turning bowl, much like kneading by hand, and it also whips cream and egg whites. The Dough Hook is made for heavy doughs, like bagels, pretzels and brioche.
The Essential Package includes a 7-Liter Stainless Steel Bowl, Dough Roller, Dough Knife, Dough Hook, Spatula, Proofing Lid and a Digital Recipe Book. The Unsifted® App and Unsifted® Recipe Cards are separate, optional purchases, there if you ever want extra help.
Yes. Unsifted® Recipe Cards are an optional add-on, sold separately from the mixer. If you’d like them, the yeasted breads have Ankarsrum® speed, timing and kneading tips written on the card, so you don’t have to adapt a stand mixer recipe yourself.
