About this product
OVERVIEW
The All Balls EZ Trail Boot XL CV Boot & Tool Kit is a field-repair solution designed to restore damaged constant-velocity joints on UTVs and heavy-duty ATVs without full drivetrain removal. Built around an expandable elastomer boot paired with a reusable silicone cone tool, the system delivers a secure seal capable of handling high-torque loads and harsh trail conditions. This universal kit provides a direct replacement pathway for worn boots and ensures reliable driveline operation across a wide range of utility vehicles.
ENGINEERING & PERFORMANCE
The integrated XL elastomer boot slides rapidly over suspension components using the included cone tool, eliminating the need for time-consuming mechanical disassembly in remote locations. Constructed from temperature-stable compounds, the material resists stiffening below freezing while maintaining enough give to absorb road vibration and axle flex. Heavy-gauge stainless steel clamps apply steady compressive force to keep out mud, sand, and moisture, preventing premature joint wear. Paired with lithium molybdenum grease and silicone lubricant, the system guarantees thorough bearing protection and maximizes CV joint service life during demanding off-road use.

WHY RIDERS CHOOSE THIS
Riders prefer this kit because it transforms a roadside emergency into a quick, manageable fix that avoids costly towing or shop diagnostics. The expanded boot dimensions specifically address the longer axle offsets found on lifted models and modern utility rigs where standard kits cannot reach or seal properly. Bundling the correct lubricants, clamping hardware, and installation cone removes guesswork and ensures every component performs together under stress. Because the stainless clamps and cold-flexible elastomer resist environmental degradation, the repair maintains driveline alignment and protects vulnerable joints through repeated off-road abuse.
