The Air Jordan 1 High OG "Royal" Grade School returns in its original colourway, bringing back one of the defining releases from the Air Jordan 1's original 1985 lineup. Worn during Michael Jordan's early NBA years, the "Royal" offered an alternative to the Chicago and Bred colourways and quickly became an important part of the silhouette's legacy. The "Royal" first returned as a retro in 2001, followed by High OG releases in 2013 and 2017. A suede-based "Royal Reimagined" edition arrived in 2023, but for 2026, Jordan Brand returns to the smooth leather construction that brings the design closer to its original form. Featuring classic High OG proportions, Nike Air branding and the signature Wings logo, this release celebrates over four decades of Air Jordan history.
