About this product
Did you launch your car too much? You gonna learn today. The ACT Heavy Duty Race Sprung 4 Pad Clutch Kit will get you back on the road. This clutch kit features ACT's more popular Heavy Duty Pressure Plate. These pressure plates use an exclusive diaphragm design to increase the clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize the clutch life. The diaphragms also endure a four-stage heat treating process to handle all your braaping.
Along with the pressure plate, the ACT 4-pad spring-centered race disc features a spring-center to properly damp torsional vibrations for a smoother operation and resist failure even under the harshest conditions. ACT Spring retainers employ wraparound spring windows, along with thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability.
The engagement will be harsher, but the shifting is faster.
