ACT 1988-1997 Toyota Supra XT/Race Sprung 6 Pad Clutch Kit (TS3-XTG6)

For the most demanding driver, the TS3-XTG6 kit includes an Xtreme pressure plate. The exclusive diaphragm design of ACT Xtreme pressure plates increases clamp load, reduces deflection, and maximizes clutch life. For unrivaled performance, all diaphragms go through a four-stage heat-treating procedure. Precision cover stampings on ACT pressure plates ensure rigidity and consistency. The spring-centered structure of ACT's 6-pad spring-centered race disc effectively dampens torsional vibrations and resists failure in hard situations. Wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings are used in ACT spring retainers to offer spring support, eliminate stress concentrations, and boost strength and reliability. The 6-pad spring-centered race disc has a harder engagement but faster shifting. To absorb more heat, the 6-pad spring-centered disc is recommended for bigger clutch sizes.
