With four seats, a 107-inch wheelbase, and a 60-inch stance, the RZR 4 800 puts a lot of weight on A-arms and CV boots that sit at every wheel, right where rocks, stumps, and ruts strike first. A bent A-arm or torn CV boot ends the ride for the whole crew and costs far more to fix than it does to protect. These front and rear guards wrap your suspension and axles in armor so you can keep the trail moving.

Every guard is cut from 3/16" 5052-H32 aircraft grade aluminum, strong enough to take repeated hits from rocks and debris and light enough that you'll never notice the extra weight. Each guard is built for a precision, factory-style fit to the Polaris RZR 4 800.
