About this product
1998.5-2003 7.3L CNC Fabrication Fuel Bowl Relocation Retrofit Block PN: 422027, 422028, 422029
MUST ALREADY HAVE ONE OF THE 4 LINE FEED FUEL BOWL RETAIN KITS TO USE THIS PART. YOU ALSO NEED TO HAVE A FILTER AND REGULATOR FOR THIS TO WORK PROPERLY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FILTER KIT, PLEASE CHOOSE OURS FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU.
**CANNOT SHIP TO CALIFORNIA**
Our filter relocation kit is an affordable option over a FASS or AirDog fuel pump setup that will retain your factory fuel pump.
Typically, most aftermarket filters are mounted on the frame. For stock to mild horsepower applications, we recommend using the CNC Fabrication fuel bowl relocation kit that utilizes your factory fuel pump. For mild to higher horsepower applications, we recommend the AIRDOG II 5G PUMP or an AEM Performance fuel pump for a fairly easy complete fuel tank to engine fuel system.
TRUCK YEARS: 1999-03 ENGINE TYPE: 7.3L
A direct swap for customers who have previously purchased our popular Fuel Bowl Retain Kit, this manifold block cleans up the engine valley area, allowing better access to the high pressure oil pump and lines.
Tired of your 98.5-03 7.3L Ford Powerstroke fuel bowl leaking. If you have one of our CNC Fabrication four-line feed bowl retain fuel line kits, this retro fit manifold block will mount in the factory bowl location and utilize the same fuel lines.
Kit comes with fuel rated supply Pushlok style fittings, so all you need to do is supply your fuel rated hose from your pump to the block.
EASY INSTALLATION: Very little is needed to do with this retro-fit manifold. The block is about a 15-30 minute swap in the engine valley.
- Simply loosen/remove all of the fuel line retaining nuts and unplug the bowl heater (if applicable)
- Disconnect the bowl drain valve and then remove the 2 bolts holding the bowl to the HPOP reservoir
- Next, remove the fittings that came with the CNC FABRICATION 4-line feed kit that was installed on the bowl, and install them into the new manifold
- Using the newly supplied bolt to hold the manifold, reattach the fuel lines
- Last, add a regulator, pre/post pump filters and a line up to the manifold
NOTE: The threads for the inlet are -08 SAE o-ring boss, which is a standard thread type for hydraulics and fuel fittings
