About this product
The New Balance 9060 "Silver Metallic Grey" is a clinical exercise in monochromatic design, utilizing a "Triple Grey" palette to highlight the silhouette's complex, multi-layered architecture. The upper features a sophisticated blend of premium pigskin suede and airy spacer mesh, all rendered in varying shades of cool grey that emphasize the shoe's futuristic, sculptural lines. Its defining characteristic is the exaggerated, pod-like midsole, which integrates ABZORB and SBS cushioning to deliver a high-rebound ride with a distinct Y2K-era aesthetic. Design details include a metallic silver "N" logo with reflective accents, a translucent CR stability device at the heel, and a diamond-patterned outsole inspired by the classic 860. By stripping away contrasting colors, this iteration focuses entirely on form and texture, offering a sleek, versatile staple that bridges the gap between heritage performance and avant-garde street style.
