These fluorescent films are extremely conspicuous under all daylight conditions and provide the high attention value desired under conditions of poor visibility, particularly at dawn or dusk. Can be used to fabricate non-regulated safety decals and commercial signage or any graphic which must catch the viewers attention. May be applied to flat surfaces and flat surfaces with rivets.
