How To Order
1. Pick your hat color or choose the Mix and Match color option and contact us to discuss your colors. Minimum 12 hats per color.
2. Upload your design or logo and add any order notes.
3. We email you a proof to approve in 1-2 business days.
4. Once approved, your order will ship from our warehouse, typically in 9-14 business days.
5. Embroidery rates include up to a 10,000 stitch count. Additional charges may apply for a stitch count greater than 10,000. We will contact you if applicable.
6. For bulk discounts, please order in multiples of 24. Each multiple represents one quantity. For example, to purchase 48 hats, select a quantity of 2.
