Deep hunter green velvet covers the front of this 4" ribbon, pressed with an organic leaf pattern that leaves tone-on-tone impressions and a slightly crushed look in the pile. The back is a brighter emerald green metallic lamé with a fine, sparkly weave. That same lamé wraps around both edges to form a rounded, puffy border, with green stitching just inside each edge. Compared to the stripe-pressed hunter green version, the leaf pressing gives this ribbon a softer, more natural texture with no straight lines.
The two shades of green make it a natural fit for evergreen and woodland-style Christmas wreaths. Twist some loops so the emerald metallic side catches the light, or keep the velvet facing out and let the shiny edges outline each loop. It pairs well with red velvet, gold metallics, nutcrackers, or pinecone and berry picks.
