Pro Comp's 6 inch complete system for the 2021-2024 F-150 4WD lifts the truck the right way: crossmembers with a skid plate, new steering knuckles and differential drop brackets hold the factory steering and driveline geometry at the new height, and front and rear driveshaft spacers, sway bar drops and a parking brake bracket are all in the box. Shocks included, clears 35 inch tires.
