This pair of CNC cut 3/16" steel plates is 50% thicker than most competitors 1/8" plates! They make the job of cutting and re-plating your 4th or 5th gen 4runner front body mounts straightforward, simple and strong.
These body mount chop plates are far thicker than factory metal to retain body mount integrity after cutting out a section for oversized tire clearance. Simply hold up the plate, mark the inside edge, cut out a wedge of original body mount, weld in the new plates and paint. Allows for up to 35" tires when properly installed (aggressive/negative wheel backspace will effect clearance).
Sold as a pair for capping both driver and passenger front body mounts.
